Automatic subscription management

Membership manager automatically manages subscriptions, working out regular payments for you along with the relevant payment dates.

Membership Manager can also handle mismatched charging and payment patterns, for example, a charge may be an annual, but you may wish to allow members to pay monthly, Membership Manager can do this for you.

Membership Manager exports BACS files for use with BACS software, enabling you to collect payment by direst debit and update each member's subscription record accordingly.

Reminder letters can be generated and sent to those members with payments due, and detailed reporting informs you of any missed payments, prompting you to chase members with outstanding charges.

Sales and marketing

Memberships can also act as a loyalty scheme using Membership Manager, and special membership discounts can be offered on products or services if desired. Membership accounts can even be credited with either a monetary value, or a specific product or service, to encourage members to spend more within the club.

When used with other Alacer applications, purchases from other areas of the club, such as the restaurant, bar or leisure areas can be transferred directly to a membership account, making it easier and simpler for members to enjoy products and services without having to pay separately on each occasion

Each member's spending can be tracked, giving you valuable information for customer service and marketing campaigns. Member records can be selected using a variety of criteria, and these records can be targeted with specific marketing campaigns.
